I recently had my ducts cleaned by Top Hat-Drew and Dorian. After having called two other companies who gave me the run around, I was very happy with Top Hats service. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered my questions as well as giving me options for a duct work issue with no pressure. Very pleased with the service.

I had Top Hat Roofing division come in to fix a leak on my 3 year old roof (done by another company in Ottawa). Dealing with John N was great and he was a really nice guy. Josh who did the work was great, on time, nice. the job was done great and cleaned up without all the roofing nails left behind like the other company. 5 stars all day long.

Needing a new roof is never good news but we had the pleasure of dealing with Top Hat who promptly completed a temporary emergency repair followed by full roof replacement at a date convenient to us once the weather improved. We dealt with John Nuthers and were very happy with the service received. He was professional and responsive to our requests. The roofing crew and eavesthrough installers were very competent and thorough. We are very pleased with the new roof for our century-old home and garage. The attention to protecting our lawn, flower beds and surrounding property as well as clean up at the end of every day during repair period was also appreciated. I would not hestitate to recommend Top Hat (Ottawa)!

Drew at Top Hat Home Comfort Services cleaned and sanitized my ducts today. He was a pleasant and knowledgeable young man who explained the process and answered any questions I had. When he was making out the invoice he asked if I had any coupons so I looked in that little booklet you get every couple months and there was a $50 coupon, which pretty much paid for the sanitizing, so thanks for that too!

We had our ducts cleaned from Top Hat after our house build was finished. They were so professional and fantastic to deal with great efficient work and you could absolutely tell the difference once the cleaning was done! Highly recommend top hat!
