Pierre's return visit to recharge the system was amazing! He was able to come back the day after the initial diagnostic call - AND he stayed until after 6pm to clean both of the inside fan units so as to eliminate mold and restore the units to better efficiency! 1st class work all around!

Very tidy install and great work by technician(s). Troy and his assistant did a great job with the new tank install , they added a little more room in the area with the way they installed. All parts look and work great!

I am always impressed with the customer service from Ottawa Home Services, who we used for a heat pump installation. From the initial quote call to a more recent maintenance call, the staff take the time to make appropriate recommendations. It really feels like a service as opposed to a contractor making a sale.
I am certain that every staff deserves praise, but I am highlighting Taylor Sanders who was punctual, personable and respectful. We appreciated that he went through the maintenance checklist with us and left our space clean and as it was. Thanks again Taylor!

Completely satisfied even though the news was not good. A leak in the A/C unit with no obvious source. The unit is fairly old and had leak issues before so best option is likely a new unit. Thank you Pierre.
Update: New heat pump unit was subsequently installed. Kevin is very knowledgeable and gave us several options all with very good prices. We settled on a heat pump rather than an A/C unit. Dana facilitated a next day install and Mathew and his assistant Sam did an excellent installation. Mathew provided advice on maintenance and operation of the unit and answered all of my questions. A good team effort. Thank you.
