I had my furnace and AC replaced today by Modern Air Solutions, and could not be more pleased. Manny and Luke were very careful with my space, professional, courteous and patient with my requests. Really enjoying my new much quieter system so far. Highly recommended!

Karl with Modern Air Solutions did a fantastic job with our AC checkup today. He discovered a few issues that, while not emergency items, needed attention after 6 years since installation. We had Karl perform the repairs and were so happy with his professional demeanor and technical expertise. He gave us a full report on the AC system overall. He was also very careful to keep our interiors clean when coming and going from outside. So happy we called Modern Air Solutions!

We have had Modern Air install our AC and Furnace and both experience has been nothing but smooth and excellent. Their workmanship is really clean, neat and professional. Their response time is fast with reasonable price.I would recommend them any day..

JULY 22, 2024: 2 months after I received 2lbs of refrigerant, my AC stopped again. Jorge (initial AC tech) came and checked his work and discovered that there was a leak in the coil. Though I initially just said replace the coil, I spent most of Saturday going back and forth with Casey (Comfort Advisor) about purchasing a new unit. I am immensely grateful that he put up with my many questions. I went back and forth with him all day via email and by Sunday morning emailed him my choice to buy a new unit and he set it up. On Monday afternoon I met Ian, who put in my new unit. I appreciated how respectful, efficient, and helpful Ian was in answering my questions and letting me know what was going on. I was especially happy that he proved what I was doing (switching my damper) was okay (as other techs told me that was causing the issue - it was not.) My house is so much better with this new unit and being able to use my damper to have more cool air in my upstairs bedroom.
MAY 2024: Jorge was kind and respectful and I would work with him again. I appreciated the same day availability and straight forward explanation of my situation: showing numbers giving evidence to need for freon and seal guard; giving price quote and package options; and checking a question I had with other technicians to ensure my tech's answer was accurate.
My 4 star rating is more about prices and could be because I am not versed in the price per pound for freon. The quoted cost seemed rather high, as it did to someone in my family helping me decide to make the decision for the price who is more aware. But knowing my need and the presence of a good tech, I made the decision to do all that was needed to help my a/c unit be good for the summer.

Manny and Luke were very professional and knowledgeable. They were here on time for our installation. They covered all our floors to protect them. They worked tirelessly all day. When finished, they thoroughly cleaned everything up, explained how the new thermostat worked, and showed us the new units, and explained what they did. Great workers!
