During our last heat wave we were in immediate need of a new air conditioner as ours was on its last legs. Russ made himself available quickly to check out our situation and present and explain our options. It was such a relief to us that he made sure our failing a/c would make it through the next week of record breaking temperatures until our install date. He even stopped over one more time to get it going again! In our opinion, he went above and beyond to make sure we stayed comfortable.
The installers Matt and Paul showed up exactly on time. They were friendly to humans and pets alike, and respectful to our home and property. They were careful and made sure our sneaky dogs didn’t escape as they entered and exited our home. They cleaned up like they were never here. Even after spending hours here they waited to make sure that our new unit was working and doing its job. What more could we want? This was not the first time we have used McNallys, but they have given us every reason to continue to use them if the opportunity ever presents itself again!

Luciano and Charles came to clean and sanitize our air ducts as well as our dryer vent. They were very thorough and very clean the whole way through. They suggested very respectfully to have our dryer vent cleaned a bit more often to avoid potential fires which I really appreciated. Thank you very much for being respectful, communicative and thorough. It’s definitely values like these in a company that I admire and will continue to use and refer to others.

I just purchased a new, high-efficiency (99.5% AFUE, 22 SEER) dual-fuel furnace and heat pump system. We decided to replace our old HVAC system because we wanted to refinish our basement, and the old system was taking up valuable space. Despite functioning well, it was inefficient and needed to be relocated. We found McNally's through Costco, and our Comfort Advisor, Russ D, impressed us with his technical expertise and experience. He explained the various solutions available to us, helped us understand available rebate and tax credit programs, and was with us throughout the sales process.
On the day of installation, Jeff and the McNally's team arrived promptly and showed great respect for our home. They were well-prepared, having taken thorough notes and brought all the necessary equipment, tools, parts, etc. Jeff's regular updates and encouragement to ask questions kept us informed and engaged. The two-day installation process was managed efficiently, with the team cleaning up after day one and returning on day two to complete the job.
