J.C. Robinson installed our Daikin central air conditioning unit five years ago. It's never had a problem and sufficiently cools our 1870 house. Their price was quite fair and the installation into our furnace's forced air system was seamless and relatively simple.
Last winter, we had Robinson's install an Aprilaire whole-house humidifying unit into the furnace duct-work to increase the moisture level during the heating season. This has worked amazingly, increasing our home humidity from about 22% to 45%-50%. The house is much more comfortable and has reduced dry itchy skin issues. Also much better for home interior - the furniture, wood trim, musical instruments, even the paint!

Defunct water heater. Great response to the situation salesperson was prompt with a solution and price for new heater and installation. Installers show up at scheduled time and professionally completed the installation within 2 hours. Site was left clean with the old tank and related debris taken away. Would highly recommend J.C. Robinson

Very experienced and outstanding company, friendly staff and the owner is very friendly and helpful in every way, they fixed our furnace during holiday (on the same day service) they went out of their way to find a part that we needed to when we had NO heat. J.C. Robinson has provided us with excellent service over many years, both for regular maintenance and emergencies. I reported "no heat" at 8am today (a cold January day). They were here at 10am and the problem was fixed by 10.30am. Really friendly and knowledgable technician who took less than a minute to diagnose the problem.

As always a great job by JC Robinson. My 15+ year old natural gas furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, defective gas valve and a few other things identified by the service tech. Sales got out within a couple days despite it being their busy time, issued a quote quickly and did the install the next working day along with a new A/C. The installation crew and the service tech all did a great job and everything was installed and up and running. Been a JC Robinson customer for over fifteen years and their service has been stellar. Quick to respond and also knowledgeable and capable people. They are an excellent company and have excellent staff!
