We explored several options and picked Great Guys because of Tony's courteousness and professionalism. The guys who performed the work were nice, explained what would happen and were in and out quickly. When we ended up having an issue with the work performed we called Tony and he was very apologetic, understanding, and ready to provide a resolution.

Our dog died back in January, 2020. During his last months, he had some accidents, which we'd bought an upright carpet shampooer and thought it'd done the job, but later realized that it couldn't get the deep "damage" done. And as we were looking to adopt a new dog this next weekend, we wanted to be sure he wouldn't smell an old spot and think it's OK to pee there.
Great Guys cleaned our carpets back in 2014, when we'd moved into our place. I was so impressed by Tony's professionalism, prices, and quality of work that I told him I'll use them again next time we need them cleaned. So sure enough, Great Guys was the first company I called.
Being located in St. Charles, I was concerned that maybe they wouldn't come all the way to Schaumburg to clean carpets, but they were happy to make the distance for a returning customer. I explained our situation to Tony and he said they had just the equipment to get it done.
A.J. arrived a little early and was totally professional, humble, and knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. He did a great job, and our new family addition (dog) hasn't seemed to find any such spots to pee, which only confirms Tony's assurance about their work.
We don't get our carpets cleaned often, but we will continue to use Great Guys every time we do. They're family owned and run, and up to date on the training. I highly suggest Great Guys for anybody who needs their carpets cleaned correctly and well.
