Fall 2024 We found out the 14 year old furnace in the house we had just purchased needed a new motor plus as it was the original furnace put in by the builder when the house was built, and wasn’t of great quality, we made the decision to buy a new furnace and to buy it from Francis Home Heating. In less then 24 hours, installation was complete, the old furnace was removed, the excellent cleanup done and our house was warm again. The two technicians, Ahmad and John were excellent- worked well together, quickly and thoroughly. Very knowledgeable as well. Overall, one of the best repair experiences we had ever had. Highly recommend this company.

Reno’s had just been finished in our house so we booked Duct Cleaning with Francis Home Environment. Another great job from this company and both Scott and Abdul were excellent - very professional, polite and pleasant. They got to work and had it done quite quickly. We expect the air quality in our home to be much improved and again, highly recommend Francis Home Environment!

We needed a replacement for our over 30 year old furnace and AC. Our salesman Patrick was excellent, informative and understanding of our budget. He was able to get us a fantastic deal on furnace/AC BOGO.
Our technicians, Dylan and his team did a fantastic job installing our furnace and AC. Very professional, careful, timely and clean work. We are so happy with our new furnace, no more cold spots in the house, and it gives great comfort to an old house.
We would recommend the team at Francis to anyone, and already have!

We had an amazing experience with Francis Home for a furnace inspection. Our technician, Alex Hailey, was punctual and informed us when he would arrive, ahead of time. Alex went above and beyond by kindly taking the time to explain his observations and provide recommendations. He also took the time to fix our thermostat bracket by ensuring it was properly anchored to the wall.
We highly recommend Francis Home for anyone with furnace and AC needs.

Andrew and Josh did a great job on our HVAC install. They got to work immediately upon arriving, protecting our floors and stairs with fabric, and cleaning up really well after they had finished. We asked that the HVAC be relocated from the original position to a better spot in our storage/furnace room and they did a beautiful job tucking it away and back closer to the wall. Highly recommend Francis Home Environment.

I reached out to Francis to service my three-year-old furnace. They came out on December 19th and informed me that a part needed to be replaced, with an estimated wait time of about a week for delivery. However, after the week passed, I didn’t hear from them, so I reached out for an update. I was told the part hadn’t arrived yet.
The following week, I called twice but couldn’t get a clear answer. By the third week, I had still received no communication, so I called again. I was told the part had arrived and a service call was scheduled for installation. The night before the appointment, I was informed the part was still not in stock.
After waiting a few more days, I called again, only to be told that the part had only just been ordered. At this point, I had been waiting for three weeks to have my furnace repaired. The representative I spoke with couldn’t offer any explanation for the delay and seemed uninterested in resolving the situation. Feeling frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and go with a different company that was able to order and install the part within a week.
I also tried contacting Francis to request a refund for the initial service call, as the labor charge for the part installation was included in the price, but no work was ever completed. After sending two emails and making several phone calls with no response, I’ve given up. Based on my experience with poor service and lack of communication, I cannot recommend this company.
