We recently had our furnace serviced by Enercare and we were very pleased with the overall service and experience. David Ngalle was our technician and he was wonderful! He took the time to explain the diagnostics he ran and any foreseeable issues. We really appreciated his transparency throughout the process and recommendations he provided us as first time home buyers. 10/10 would recommend!

I want to take a moment to recognize Jeff and Jamie for the incredible job they did installing my new furnace yesterday. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They not only completed the installation efficiently but also ensured everything was done in a clean and organized manner.
What really stood out was how well they explained everything to us. They took the time to walk me through the system, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood how everything worked. Their patience and expertise were truly appreciated.
It's not often you come across such skilled and courteous professionals who take pride in their work, but Jeff and Jamie exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services—top-notch work and excellent customer service!
Also, they were super sweet to our golden doodle despite him wanting to play with them.

Dylan came to diagnose our hot water heater which had been poorly installed by the previous home owner (not a rental from Enercare). We appreciated the time he took to work through a bit of a puzzle and explain our options moving forward. Unfortunately the sales people on the phone when we booked the appointment were unpleasantly pushy, but the actual service ended up being great.

My hot water heater was just repaired by Jonathan B. who showed professionalism and a friendly attitude. He fixed the problem in short order and explained the root cause. He also kept the work area super clean! Would definitely recommend Jonathan B. and Enercare.
