Adel from Enercare, responded in a very timely fashion, to address our heating issues, before freezing days set in. He replaced the thermostat and gave clear explanations of the issue. He provided a number of very useful and practical tips on how to set the thermostat settings properly for future use, how to manage the heat pump, and when to switch to electric heat. He answered our questions about duct cleaning, and gave information about ‘smart thermostats’. His clear explanations and repetition of instructions, to ensure clear understanding of new thermostat settings was very beneficial. Adel was very professional, courteous and personable- a pleasure to deal with. We were very grateful for his excellent service. He exceeded our expectations. Thank You/ Merci

David N was the service technician who recently provided our annual furnace maintenance service. Enercare Technicians are always good, but David was exceptionally thorough. In addition to doing the standard maintenance, he gave us tips for keeping our water pump clean (attached to the furnace to remove condensation) and went around the outside of the house to inspect the natural gas piping that has been installed. He also discussed the maintenance report with us step by step to be sure we understood each item. We very much appreciated David's "above and beyond" service. Highly reccommend!

Thank you so much to the Enercare team for the excellent services in replacing my furnace. Jeff and Jamie were extremely professional, calling to let me know they were on their way and their ETA, they left everything beyond clean and they were very helpful in explaining everything and helping me set up the new thermostat and answering all my questions.
Thank you to Jordan, the representative, who met with me at my convenience, explained all my options in getting a new furnace and answered all my questions.
