I have 1200 sq ft steel garage. His support and services saved me an estimated 28% over all previous estimates and I am very fortunate I found him. His work was innovative, spot on with measurements to within about 1/16" inch over 15 foot spans on 8 inch I-beams and columns. This made our work so much easier giving us a 2nd floor carrying capacity of 16 tons. I am a solid reference and will hire him for every job. Highly recommended. I doubt you will find anybody easier to work with and who provides such great quality with such great value.
