Jake, the co-owner of the company, thoughtfully and patiently talked us through our options and unique house characteristics with the help of a detailed quotation document.
Derek and Zach, the installers, were friendly, thorough, and happy to explain all of the details of the system and their installation at any time. They also made sure we were completely happy with the installation before they left. All is working well (I waited a few days to write this), and I feel very good about the warranty as well.
I'm very glad we shopped around and found Command Service Center.

I highly recommend command services. Excellent customer service, respectful and polite to my wife and our home while I was away at work.I dealt with other HVAC companies in the past 25 years owning past homes, from good to bad services. Thank you Derek for explaining to my wife the operation’s of the equipment that you and your fellow technician installed. I will definitely use command service for near future services.

We highly recommend command service as we had a terrific experience with this company from start to finish! They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Jake provided several options to replace our AC and clearly highlighted the pros and cons of each unit. I never felt pressured to buy, and could tell he genuinely had my best interests in mind. Derek did an excellent job with the installation. He showed up on time, was courteous and communicative throughout the process. He took the time to explain the changes in my unit and helped me pick the right service plan too. Needless to say, we would use command service again in a heart beat.

Derek was great coming out on a Friday evening when we discovered our furnace wasn't working. He diagnosed the issue in 5 mins and had us on the schedule for the next morning. Derek and Zach who did the install were both top notch when it comes to customer service and got us back up and running quickly. Highly recommend Command Service.

We just had our air conditioner fixed by Command Service in Antioch Illinois. They are very professional and got it fixed fast. Our service man, Fernando, was very good, showed up on time, and got our air running again in less than 2 hours. He answered all of our questions. We are planning on having Command Service take care of our heating and air conditioning in the future.
