Trenton showed up at the designated time. Was very informative of what he was planning on doing when servicing our furnace. He then went thru a step by step detail on what was done during the service. Also noticed an issue with the water heater which we will address. He wore boot covers the moment he stepped into our home.

Tony was amazing. Not only did he throughly explain what he was doing, but he also took the time detail the options available for repairing vs replacing our air conditioning and furnace system. I had immediate confidence in his opinions and didn’t feel pressured to spend unnecessary time and resources. His quotes were easy to access, understand and accept. I cannot express how rare it is to find a company with high customer service excellence. What a bright spot Comfort Calvary is in the service industry.
