Brian and Sons has been servicing my furnace and AC for many years. They are generous with their time to make sure everything is running well for the season and explaining what's going on if I'm having any issues. It's a great, trustworthy company. Between the service guys and the people in the office....I couldn't ask for anything better.

We had our AC replaced by Brian and Sons. Not only were they by FAR the fairest price we encountered but they were the most honest company we got a quote from. Installation was quick and the new unit is running perfectly. I absolutely recommend them to anyone. Staff was all very friendly and professional. The whole process was simple.

I have a Spacepak unit as an air conditioner. I have had difficulty finding a qualified dealer to maintain it and answer my questions about it, until now. Brian and Sons are extremely knowledable on the unit.
The employees answered my questions and made a point of explaining everything they did.
I am finally confident the unit is configured and maintained properly.

Great service. They were able to fit me in the day I called to look at my ac. Nick took the time to explain what was wrong with my ac unit and was able to repair it that day. Love that I received a follow up call from Joy to ensure I was happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Crazy expensive. $225 for a visit and a cleaning. Then they tried to quote me to replace my entire HVAC system. $15k-$19k. The only issue I had was an small, obvious leak with my AC.
I had a professional come out for a second look. He located the leak, replaced the piping to fix the leak, and recharged my AC. It's now running like new for $650.
Note: The tech that came out from B&S was awesome, but I'm not ever using these guys for anything ever again. Outrageous pricing.
After response: no, you cost to find my leak was $330, fixing it was an additional charge which was undisclosed, and on top of that was the cost to replace the refrigerant which was over $660.
Your tech told me that he recommended I put the cost to fix everything towards a new unit. Asked if they could provide a quote. I said sure, why not. Your quotes came back at that price.
$220 to come out and spray my unit down is silly, let's not act like it isn't. The professional I had out after your company did it for a fraction of the cost you quoted and told me not to even consider a new unit. The professional I used told me that at your pricing you were easily netting $7-$10k in margin from the sale.
Very disappointed.
