I’ve bought 3 vacuum cleaners at Best Vac over the years and all 3 are still in excellent shape. Owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I’ve had questions or needed guidance on maintenance. They send me yearly reminders for the tune ups to keep them working efficiently. I like to support small businesses as much as possible. This business is definitely one of the best!!

I visited Best Vac yesterday. It was well worth the 30 minute drive to St Charles. They are a Medalist dealer for Sebo, which enables them to offer the best models, pricing and warranty. They are also family-owned and have been in business for more than 40 years. One of the co-owners, Kelly, demonstrated all of the Sebo models. She also showed me a few of the Miele models and was very knowledgable about the pros and cons of each. Sebo was the best choice for my needs. The transaction was very easy and she even registered my 10-year (!) warranty on the spot. They service what they sell. Very happy with my purchase. I tried it out yesterday and it performed great. A nice upgrade from my Shark Vertex. I highly recommend Best Vac, especially if you're looking for a Sebo.

Have made multiple purchases from Best Vac. They truly carry the best vacuum cleaner options. Way better than the Hoover, the Kenmore, and the Dyson vacuums we’ve had. Sebo is my favorite. I never thought I could love a vacuum cleaner but here we are.

This is a great store for vacuums. Prices are great. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what would work best for your house. They also provide annual service as part of your purchase. I will always use Best Vac for my vacuum needs.
