Always Air Inc always nail it when it comes to service and their customer service. Al is very knowledgeable and very honest regarding service & cost. I highly recommend them. They been servicing my a/c and also installed my humidifier. My A/C was not cooling and called and next day they were able to schedule me in. You guys rock!

I'd like to give a huuuuuuuuge shout-out to Hal.
Unfortunately, our furnace went down a few weeks ago.
The home warranty and manufacturer sent me through so many hoops just so I could have someone come out to figure out what happened.
I reached out to Always Air Inc since they were the ones who installed my new furnace last year and Hal took it upon himself to coordinate all the back and forth between the warranty company and the manufacturer.
This is the epitome of excellent customer service and I'm beyond grateful to Hal for all he did.
Our furnace is up and running now!

These guys are great and very fair prices who I have now used 5 times for a variety of issues. Hal is a great guy that will do his best to get to the root cause of the problem without ripping you off and replacing parts needlessly. Their prices are better than the big guys doing the numerous commercials who are passing the cost of those commercials to the customers. Always Air returns calls within 10 minutes or less. If you call and you get voicemail, leave a message, they will call back immediately. If you need any type of hvac work, these guys should be your first call. You will not be disappointed I promise!!

What can I say beyond negligence. I was sent Always Air Inc through American Home Shield so I had no choice in picking an HVAC company 45 minutes away from my home. That being said, the tech that came out to address my broken down A/C system must have had that commute home in mind when he completely misdiagnosed my system as having mismatched equipment that couldn't possibly work (It's been working for many years). He attempted to find a leak in my coolant line but failed to find any leak at all. Mentioned to me that the coolant level was about half full though so clearly there was a leak and he just gave up trying. In his report to AHS he neglected to mention the coolant level (even though he knew I had the line fully charged 18 months ago) and instead blamed that I had a 4 ton compressor where a 3.5 ton would do (the size of my house is actually on the border between both sizes so either would get the job done. He also blamed insufficient vents but took no time to actually inspect where the vents were on the 1st or 2nd floor. Basically he made up excuses that he knew AHS would be forced to deny the claim rather than addressing the leak he was too incompetent or lazy to find. I have had two additional HVAC companies out to evaluate the system and both agreed that there was clearly a coolant leak and in the evaporator coil area. They found the leak within a minute of looking it there. They also told me the coolant was down to about 10% full not 50% like Always claimed. Always Air Inc wasted multiple days of me having to go back and forth with AHS to get a second opinion out to debunk their junk report and I am finally getting the line replaced but no thanks to Always Air. I wouldn't let them back in my house if they offered to work for free. BE WARNED!
