I can’t say enough good things about this HVAC company! On Christmas Eve, of all times, our heat went out, and we were facing a cold holiday with no way to stay warm. We called them, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding of the urgency. A technician arrived quickly, was professional, and worked efficiently to fix the issue. It was clear that they truly care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile—even on Christmas Eve. Thanks to their fast and expert service, we were able to enjoy a warm, comfortable holiday with our family. We have been with Air-Tech for over 15 years. Although we moved out of McHenry County, Air-Tech was happy to continue servicing us. They saved us thousands of dollars compared to the bigger companies when it came to purchasing and installing a brand new furnace. They fit us into their schedule quickly and completed their installation efficiently and with a high attention to detail.

My wife and I called on Air Tech to help us out with a broken Air Conditioning unit. Kyle was able to fit us in quickly. He gave an honest timeline for the repair. He also gave us great technical advice for future service. This is the second time we've utilized Air Tech. They came to the rescue and replaced a furnace at my mother-in-laws house, and she has been extremely pleased. Honest pricing and Professional Service!!

Air Tech Services was able to come over within 24 hours on the hottest day of the year to fix my 30 year old air conditioner. They could have easily suggested that I buy a new one today. However, they took extra time to explain all of my options so I could start planning and saving money for a replacement hvac system. I felt that Air Tech Services provided my family with excellent service at a very reasonable price!
