Max W was the tech assigned & arrived in the time window promised. He assessed the problem & explained thoroughly the steps needed to repair. He offered 4 options & cleaned up the work area before leaving. I highly recommend Air Dynamics.

I used Air Dynamics on my personal home and the customer service was out of this world. I was truly impressed. Extremely nice and knowledgeable about my heating system and very honest about what I needed to run efficiently. Great experience!!! Jiovanni was very professional, hard working, answered all my questions, showed me before & after pictures or video of the ductwork. Very thorough cleaning and would recommend Jiovanni to anyone. Definitely would hire him again. Max the Technician was awesome in reviewing his tuneup of furnace and explaining the variety of ductwork cleaning packages.

He kept me informed on everything he was doing, taking the time to sit down with me to go over all the options available to me.
