Excellent job from start to finish! My furnace and A/C were on their last legs and I was referred to Ambassador Dearie by friends who had just had their furnace and A/C replaced by Ambassador, and said they had done an excellent job. So glad I took this friend's referral! Everyone from the sales person, Robert, to the installer and office personnel were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I don't know much about HVAC, but a friend of mine who does was so impressed with the "neat" installation. The installers were here for about 4 hours. They took care to protect my floors, did an excellent clean-up job after and were very patient and professional when responding to all my, which I'm sure were, silly questions. I did run into a little snag and had to have a service tech in shortly after the installation, no issue with the new equipment, just my old thermostat needed to be replaced. So, in other words, it was a quick test of their service side of the business and again, it was excellent! Response was quick and the service techs were wonderful! Thanks Ambassador Dearie!

Robert from Ambassador Dearie was very thorough in our meeting with explaining all that was involved with the installation of the Goodman AC system in our home : proposal, unit, warranty and installation. The warranty was transferable to new owners because our house is up for sale. We were given a written quote which was the best by far of all four companies we had requested altogether. The installation was done within three days. The crew was professional and tidy. That was June 14th/24 and it is running very well and quietly at that. We are very happy and highly recommend Ambassador Dearie.

We recently replaced our furnace, ac, air filter and added a flow through humidifier during the sales process, Robert was always available and patient as we reviewed our options. The team who did our installation ( Marc and Kyle) were efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Overall our experience with Ambassador Dearie was professional and very customer focused. We had a minor leak in the coil of the humidifier and it was replaced promptly!

We needed to replace our aging furnace and old AC. Having lived in a prior home in which Ambassador installed the HVAC system, where we enjoyed over a decade of problem-free operation, they were our first call.
Bob was terrific - he came to the house within a week to look at the system, made a detailed recommendation which he explained, and steered me away from some costly upgrades I was considering to the system and ducts. Instead, he encouraged me to wait and see how the new system worked, as he was confident the new units would deliver the performance I was looking for, and he was right.
The team was able to integrate our antiquated humidifier into the new system and replaced the old/out of code pipes inside and outside the house, along with the AC coolant pipes and insulation, too. They also leveled the pad where the AC sits.
For the first time this summer, we were able to cool the house to under 23C!

We hired Ambassador for a vent cleaning in an older home. The two fellows that came were prompt and efficient without being hurried. I expected a vacuum only, did not realize they would also clean around the outlets.
One of them noticed the dryer vent looked like it needed attention and we added a cleaning to that which ended up being a second-storey, early-stage bird's next removal. We've now repaired that vent, too, to prevent future incursions.

I am extremely unhappy about the service I received last year (2023). They installed my furnace and AC together in November 2023. After the installation I want to have a wider furnace filter which is 4 inch. I was given the appointment and I took an unpaid day off to be available for the appointment. They supposed to be at my place at 8:00am. No one showed up so I called the agent who previously dealt with. He told me “he will call me back after speaking to the technician “. He called me back and stated that they went to the second job and they can not comeback today and have to be reschedule. I explained I took an unpaid day off and I have to take another day off to complete the job. I told the agent (Bob) it has to be compensated. He said he can not do nothing and I have to pay full price as per original contract. The guy did not even apologize to me, forget about any compensation. He was rude and basically take it or call someone else. Then 2024 July AC is running suddenly it was making noise like my entire house going through a tornado wind. I could not figure out, then I called the company and I spoke to a lady. The lady was a receptionist and asked me if I change the filter etc… I provided all the information then she told me another lady from scheduling will call me to schedule an appointment. Up until October 2024 no one called me. I figured out the problem myself they supposed to cover the furnace so there is no air leaks with those silver adhesive tape. That was not wrapped properly. I went to Home depot and bought a tape and wrapped around it by myself and the noice was gone. The lady called me in October 2024 to buy yearly maintenance package. I did not buy the maintenance package and hang up on her. It was very unprofessional and again no apologies. I never recommend this company to anyone.
