Robert from Ambassador Dearie was very thorough in our meeting with explaining all that was involved with the installation of the Goodman AC system in our home : proposal, unit, warranty and installation. The warranty was transferable to new owners because our house is up for sale. We were given a written quote which was the best by far of all four companies we had requested altogether. The installation was done within three days. The crew was professional and tidy. That was June 14th/24 and it is running very well and quietly at that. We are very happy and highly recommend Ambassador Dearie.

I just bought a water heater from Ambassador Dearie Hvac to replace my rental one. The service from A to Z was impeccable and their prices are market-competitive!
They took their time to explain to me the pros and cons of renting a new unit versus those of buying one, so I was able to make an informed decision.
I got booked in for next day delivery and installation. Two technicians showed up, very friendly, clean and professional. They worked hard and diligently, drained/unhooked and brought my old unit up to my garage for pick up by the other company- that was going to charge me $400some to do that on their broken unit- and then installed the new one for me. They went through the process of what they did with me.
Lastly, cost was very affordable and competitive with that of other companies that I had called when I was shopping around.
I am definitely a satisfied customer. Thank you!

We needed to replace our aging furnace and old AC. Having lived in a prior home in which Ambassador installed the HVAC system, where we enjoyed over a decade of problem-free operation, they were our first call.
Bob was terrific - he came to the house within a week to look at the system, made a detailed recommendation which he explained, and steered me away from some costly upgrades I was considering to the system and ducts. Instead, he encouraged me to wait and see how the new system worked, as he was confident the new units would deliver the performance I was looking for, and he was right.
The team was able to integrate our antiquated humidifier into the new system and replaced the old/out of code pipes inside and outside the house, along with the AC coolant pipes and insulation, too. They also leveled the pad where the AC sits.
For the first time this summer, we were able to cool the house to under 23C!

We hired Ambassador for a vent cleaning in an older home. The two fellows that came were prompt and efficient without being hurried. I expected a vacuum only, did not realize they would also clean around the outlets.
One of them noticed the dryer vent looked like it needed attention and we added a cleaning to that which ended up being a second-storey, early-stage bird's next removal. We've now repaired that vent, too, to prevent future incursions.

They have now supplied and installed AC for me and two relatives + major furnace repair at my home. Incredibly prompt, honest and fair! I usually have very little tolerance for pressure and upsell tactics - there's none of that with any of the sales, service or tech teams. Just efficient, knowledgeable and (worth repeating... ) honest!

I have warranty 5 years, sounds wow right?!
Of course not, I have had a technician today for assessing my AC problem, and once he walks in automatically $129 charge, every step in the way will cost tons of money, and magically all problems can be fixed without replacing parts.
Once the warranty expires definitely every problem will need labour and parts!
So if it happens and your AC started acting up, go hire a company to install new AC, cuz it will be very much the same cost of repair.
