They arrived exactly on time, and got to work cleaning ducts that hadn't been tended to in more than 40 years. They worked very cleanly, even replacing all of the furniture they had to move in order to access some of the ducts. Maybe it was our imaginations, but we could swear that the air felt cleaner as soon as they had done their magic. Afterwords, Miguel promptly sent us screenshots of the ducts...both before and after. ByTown Duct Cleaning is an excellent company to work with. They are very professional beginning with their first visit to evaluate and give us a quote, right to the very last, after the job was completed, in promptly providing us with before and after photos of our ducts. This team is super clean, ensuring that no dust is emitted into the house, and even doing a clean up afterwards, replacing any furniture that had to be moved. Miguel is an excellent communicator and explained very clearly what they would do and how they would approach our old house and its ancient ductwork. He gave us a great sense of confidence that the job would be done well. I have no hesitation at all in recommending their services.

I found Bytown by 'googling' and reading up reviews. Based on my findings, I contacted them and they sure lived up to the reviews. Response to my inquiry from Miguel was very quick and service was scheduled less than one week later. Jacques and his colleague arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally. I even got to see before and after pictures of my ducts. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Two pretty kindly technicians arrived my house on time. They did the very professional job. The whole work took about two hours. Nice, efficient and qualified!!! They also answered me some relative questions with patience. Very nice team. I am very satisfied and definitely recommended the company to my friends.

Am very happy with the customer service and work completed by Bytown. Miguel was very helpful answering questions and working out a price. The technician Liam arrived on time and was very courteous, taking the time to talk about what he was going to do and what he found during his work. Everything was cleaned up at the end and I am very happy with the cleaning done. I would certainly recommend Bytown
