I was referred to Best Vac by Bissell. I was on my second replacement for a steam mop/vac. They were the warranty repair place that Bissell told me to take the vacuum to. For this first visit, Bissell didn’t have the parts and they got me a brand new replacement so that was awesome but after one I had to bring it back in…. they did a bit of research and realized that the second replacement I had gotten was manufactured on or around the same day so it may have been a defect so they got me a brand new one for a third time that was not manufactured on her around that time. They tested it and called me to let me know that I could come pick it up and that it should be working good! Since there a warranty Repair company I know they didn’t get paid for any of this work getting me these replacements and they were so courteous and quick and personable when I picked up my vacuum. I would definitely come here in the future to purchase a vacuum because I know that if anything goes wrong, they will take care of me 100%. And in my experience, there is always something going wrong with vacuums and Purchasing a vacuum from a reliable company that will offer customer service beyond the purchase date is probably the most important part of purchasing a vacuum!!! Five stars, no 10 stars!

The saleswoman who helped me should teach car, mattress, and other salesmen. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but the saleswoman answered all of my questions thoroughly, showed me about 4 different vacuums and had me use them in store, checked me out, filled out the warranty, all in 30 minutes. Didn't try to upsell or add other items, just straight information and I appreciated it. First time buying from here, would recommend.

Our adult daughter has been urging me to get a Sebo vacuum for some time. She and her husband have cats and allergies and love their Sebo. On a recent visit home, she took us to Best Vac to check some out. Now I’m the proud owner of a red Sebo canister model. The folks at Best Vac were extremely helpful even though it was almost closing time. The warranty (10 years!) is great, their suggestions were instructive, and they even loaded it in our car. I can’t actually say I love vacuuming, but this Sebo is exceptionally easy to use and gets the job done! Thanks, Best Vac!

I visited Best Vac yesterday. It was well worth the 30 minute drive to St Charles. They are a Medalist dealer for Sebo, which enables them to offer the best models, pricing and warranty. They are also family-owned and have been in business for more than 40 years. One of the co-owners, Kelly, demonstrated all of the Sebo models. She also showed me a few of the Miele models and was very knowledgable about the pros and cons of each. Sebo was the best choice for my needs. The transaction was very easy and she even registered my 10-year (!) warranty on the spot. They service what they sell. Very happy with my purchase. I tried it out yesterday and it performed great. A nice upgrade from my Shark Vertex. I highly recommend Best Vac, especially if you're looking for a Sebo.
