These jokers bought out MasterTech and the first year was ok. Not as professional, proactive or friendly in reaching out to set up the maintenance appointments for the unit we bought and under warranty, but we willing to give them a chance. However, when this year they said it would be almost double the cost to have them do the bi-annual and required service checks to stay in compliance with our warranty, and then were snotty and rude when trying to justify the enourmous increase, I said, nope. Not dealing with that kind of uncalled for response, or gonna pay them a ridiculous amount of money to do so. Got a new company which is only $30 more and very accommodating and nice. So, happily kicking these folks to the curb. Go rip off others, but you are not gonna treat me that way.

My wife just drive 2 hours to have them try to sell us clearly bad furnace boards. Said no guarantee even know their ebay listing said otherwise.

Don’t attempt to use this company for their furnace cleaning services. Made an appointment 1mo in advance (Oct for a November cleaning) and had to take the day off for it. Received a call at 530pm the night before stating “they had other more important clients and could I reschedule”. They then were unable to give me a new date even though I waited 1 month already because they were “booked up”. If you are not an existing customer w this company don’t even bother.

I was a previous customer of Air Solutions. Green Air took over and said that they would honor Air Solutions price when they solicited me for a cleaning. After the service was completed, I was given a much higher price and they would not honor their word. Descriptive practices, beware.

My furnace stopped working late one night and I called Master Tech expecting to leave a voicemail. I was surprised when someone answered the phone at 11PM and scheduled an appoint for 7 AM the next morning. They came on time and analyzed the problem. It made more sense to have a new furnace installed rather than patch up on old one. They quoted me a fair price and showed up early next morning and had it installed by noon. They did not leave a mess and explained what I needed to know about the new furnace. They were great.
